At SuperNet+, we strive to provide the best internet services. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. Our policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience for our valued customers.
Cancellation Policy – No Strings Attached!
We believe in flexibility and transparency. If you wish to cancel your SuperNet+ subscription, here’s what you need to know:
For New Connections (Pre-Installation Cancellation)
- If installation has NOT yet been completed, you can cancel anytime and receive a full refund.
- Just contact our support team, and we will process your request within 24-48 hours.
For Active Connections (Post-Installation Cancellation)
- If you cancel within 7 days of activation, a partial refund may be processed (excluding setup/installation charges).
- After 7 days, cancellations will be effective from the next billing cycle.
- If the connection is canceled mid-month, the remaining days will not be refunded.
Equipment Return Policy
- If you were provided with a router/modem, it must be returned in working condition before cancellation is completed.
- If not returned, a deduction may be made from the refund amount.

- Full refunds are applicable for new connections canceled before installation.
- Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases (e.g., if service issues persist despite troubleshooting).
- Non-refundable items include:
- Installation & setup fees
- Monthly subscription fees after the service has been used
- Equipment charges (if not returned)
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and credited via the original payment method.

Plan Change & Downgrade Policy
We offer flexibility in changing plans, ensuring that your internet meets your needs:
- Upgrading Plans? Instant activation!
- Downgrading Plans? New plan starts from the next billing cycle.
Note: No refunds are issued for mid-cycle plan downgrades.
