For New Connections:
- If installation is not yet completed, you can cancel anytime for a FULL refund.
- If the connection is already activated, a partial refund may be processed based on usage.
For Plan Changes (Upgrade/Downgrade):
- You can upgrade anytime with instant activation
- If you downgrade, changes will apply in the next billing cycle
Refund Timelines:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- Any security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded upon return of equipment in working condition.
